SUMMARY:Community Wellness
DESCRIPTION:Learn how to live in your body—better—and keep your physical options open.\nWe offer a community fitness and wellness program on Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 7 a.m. in the School Gym. Open to all and free (though donations to SMG Catholic School are gratefully accepted)\, the sessions are movement based circuits designed to enhance strength\, mobility\, and suppleness. The movements are playful\, engaging\, and easily scaled to be appropriate for individuals of any age and fitness level. Sessions are designed and taught by Steve Myrland\, athletic performance coach with thirty-five years of training experience.
