Boys CONFIRMATION RETREAT (church)

I plan to set up like I did last year with a presentation area for about 25 people set up in the north end of the narthex. I’ll need 8-10 tables and 25-30 chairs from the parish hall, and hopefully Matthew’s seat cushions. I reserved the projector cart and we’ll need that and the retractable screen set up for the entire time.
I wasn’t exactly sure what ‘Corridor ABCD’ was (display tables?) but we’ll be using the full narthex at various time throughout the time.
