Request a Mass Intention
If you would like to request a Mass for a loved one, please contact the Parish Office. Mass intentions cannot be accepted by the parish more than a full year from the current date of your request. Please note: The suggested donation amount for the dioceses in Wisconsin is $20.
How to Submit a Request

- Come to the Parish Office to fill out a Mass intention envelope or contact the Parish Office at parish@divinemercymadison.org or 608-271-7421.
Please indicate if the Mass is for the repose of the soul of a named deceased person, a special intention for a named living person, or a private intention that is kept private.
