VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

First Friday 24-Hour Adoration: Coordinator Needed

We are seeking a volunteer to take over the coordination of our 24-hour Adoration Vigil at St. Andrew Church starting next month. We are incredibly grateful to Linda Nelson for her years of service as she prepares to move out of state. Linda will be available during the May vigil to provide training and ensure a smooth handoff!

This is a wonderful way to support our parish’s prayer life with a manageable time commitment. If you feel called to help us sustain this beautiful ministry, please email the parish office or call 608-271-7421.

DEVOTIONS

Devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus

The Knights of Columbus invite all parishioners to honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus on Saturday, April 25, at St. Andrew Church in Verona. The morning begins with 8:00 a.m. Mass, followed by Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.

During this time of adoration, we will pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet, the Litany of the Sacred Heart, and other devotional prayers. This is a beautiful opportunity to experience the profound love and mercy of Christ.

OUTREACH MINISTRY

Baby Jesus Shower Collection

The Divine Mercy CCW invites you to support our annual Baby Jesus Shower! From May 2 through May 10, we will be collecting donations for children up to age two at St. Andrew Church in Verona. Please place your items in the basket located in the narthex. All donations, including monetary gifts, will be given to the Women’s Care Center to support local families. Thank you for your heart for these little ones!

PROMOTE LIFE

Mother’s Day Rose Sale

Express love to your Mom and inspire hope for other Moms. Each rose donation creates a lifeline of love and care. It begins with putting a smile on a mother’s face and ends with putting diapers, food, housing, clothing, and more into another mother’s arms. Your donations create a culture of life right here in Dane County. Donations show our care and concern for others. They also provide for the future by investing in teen scholarships for pro-life education, and so much more. Proceeds support Babies & Beyond, CareNet, and Women’s Care Center. Show your gratitude for the life you have by donating to help others provide a good life for their children
