Divine Mercy Parish’s Summer Book Club Tradition Continues! 

We will continue to explore our larger theme of Literature & Catholic Imagination – this time with a focus on “Catholic Imagination and the End of the World.” Mark your calendars and join us for a 10-session book study meeting every Thursday night from June 18 – August 13, and closing with a Friday Night Film on August 14!

We’ll be reading three books together — The Giver, That Hideous Strength, and The Road — guided by an able team of parishioners once again! Join us for all or some of the book study together.
Note! Summer Book Club is for parishioners and non-parishioners, Catholics and non-Catholics, alike! Invite a friend!

COUNCIL OF CATHOLIC WOMEN

Boxes of Joy

The Council of Catholic Women (CCW) is collecting items and monetary donations for Box of Joy, which bless children ages 2–14 in need. Baskets for donations, a collection box for monetary gifts, and a list of suggested items will be in the St. Andrew narthex during weekend Masses from August 29 through September 13.

Pancake Breakfast Hosted by the SMG Knights of Columbus

Join us in the SMG School Cafeteria on Sunday, August 30, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a delicious pancake breakfast and great parish fellowship!

This event supports Babies and Beyond in their mission to end diaper need and support expecting families and young children. Donations are greatly appreciated, and all net proceeds will directly benefit their important work.

MONTHLY GATHERING

Parish Monthly Breakfasts Return!

The monthly parish breakfasts are back! The first will take place on Wednesday, September 2, following the 8:30 am Mass at St. Andrew. All are invited to the breakfast held at St. Andrew Parish Center. Food donations to the breakfast are welcome but not necessary. Contact Cathy with any questions at 608-886-2589. No reservations are necessary.

BIBLE STUDY

Women’s Bible Study at St. Andrew

The Women’s Bible Study will be resuming on Thursday mornings at St. Andrew Church from 9:30-11:00 a.m. starting September 10. We will be studying the book of Exodus and all women are welcome to pray and delve into the Bible with us.

Celebrate Autumn at Apple Cider Sunday!

Join us for a sweet fall tradition! Saint William Church in Paoli invites everyone to Apple Cider Sunday on September 13, immediately following the 7:30 a.m. Mass. Come enjoy fresh apple cider and delicious donuts with fellow parishioners and neighbors.

Do You Sing or Play an Instrument?
We are looking for motivated cantors, singers, organists, and instrumentalists to join our music ministry. OFFICE HOURS

Following the Memorial Day holiday, our summer office hours go into effect. From May 26 through Labor Day, the office will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Regular hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) will resume on Tuesday, September 8.
